Questions

How is the staking APR worked out?

It is the Monolith app's figure: SwanDAO's expected yearly revenue (the interest borrowers pay plus the yield on the sUSDS backing swaps), times the stakers' share, divided by the value of all staked SWAN. It moves with borrowing, the sUSDS rate and SWAN's price, and past payouts can differ from it.

How do I vote?

Stake SWAN, then delegate your votes, to yourself or to someone else, in the Monolith app. A proposal needs 10,000 votes to submit, opens a day later for 5 days, and passes with more For than Against and at least 10,000 For or Abstain. It then waits 2 days in the timelock.

Can more SWAN be minted?

No. All 10,000,000 SWAN were minted when the contract was deployed, and it has no way to mint more.

Is this the SWAN on other exchanges?

Not necessarily. Other tokens use the SWAN ticker, Swan Chain's among them. SwanDAO's SWAN is only on Ethereum mainnet, at 0xD0a32F6d4850F9D6DF7d4F8f84af1fcd3cf993CC. CoW Swap asks you to import it the first time: check the address matches.
